  • How do you ship your products and how long it takes to deliver?

    We ship our product via registered air mail post. 
    A package from Israel takes Between 15-18 working days

    Tracking a package shipped to Australia

    If you wish to get the package within 3-5 days we can send you trough EMS express mail -  please consult us-this service is extra charge.

  • What if the size I ordered doesn't fit ? or how to ship back?

     If you find that the size ordered doesn’t fit, please contact us  by e-mail brosh@brosh.com  for exchange size or color and shipping instructions. 

    Only garments in new and unused condition may be returned.

     Please E mail us before shipping for complete return instructions.

    Return products accepted only   via regular mail USPS or Australian post office-do not ship with Fed Exor any other special delivery company ! (we suggest  the 'Large envelope' shape shipping category).Refund will not include shipping expenses .

  • What is your return policy?

     Brosh  will credit or replace any product providing it is in a new and unused condition and returned to us within 30 business days from the original shipping date .

      Refund is subject to  5%  handling charges& credit company commission

    Do not ship back by Fed Ex or any other special delivery co. Ship only with regular USPS or your post office in your country.

    Refund will not include  shipping expenses.

    Important:

    There will be no refund on special orders. (Special color ,sizes etc)
